Shelter design competition presented by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia in the Mountaineering Tourism category, of 474 participants in total. On October 24-25, 2018, students of the Department of Architecture won the third place in the final stage of the competition held at the RI Ministry of Tourism's Sapta Pesona Hall. RUMAH UTAN was given to this work by the USU Architecture Study Program student. In Bukit Lawang, North Sumatra, the Utan House provides shelter, emergency conditions, information, and monitoring points for orangutans. More
